Forward Carers work in partnership with a range of organisations in order to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of Carers, young and old, including parent Carers. We offer a wide range of services across the Midlands and further afield. A full list of our partner organisations can be found be found on our website 
Forward Carers operates Walsall Carers Hub with our delivery partner Midland Mencap. By emailing us via this website and/or accepting a service from Walsall Carers Hub, you are agreeing to how your information will be used across our partnership, stored and accessed in line with the below terms and conditions.

Forward Carers is committed to protecting your Personal Information. We promise to be clear about the information we collect and the ways we use it. Regardless of whether you use our services, request information from us, work for, or volunteer with us, we respect your right to privacy.
In order to provide a service to you, we collect personal and /or sensitive information about you and the person you care for. Your information will be saved and stored securely on Forward Carers’ management systems. We are committed to ensuring that your Personal Information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the Personal Information we collect. Any information you provide to us is confidential and kept in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations.
If you are aged under 18, please get permission from a parent or guardian before providing any personal information to us.

We do not sell personal information onto third parties. But may pass on your personal information if we have a legal obligation to do so or if you ask us to.

Walsall Carers Hub 
Forward Carers operates Walsall Carers Hub, the Walsall service for unpaid carers.
By registering with Walsall Carers Hub, you can receive a service from any of our partnership organisations and as such, your data could be accessed by them.
Walsall Carers Hub is commissioned by Walsall Council. Therefore, your data could be shared with them in the case of best interests or if we have a legal obligation to do so. For further information as to how these organisations may use your personal data, please visit:

Using the Forward Carers website and connecting with us via Social Media
Forward Carers will collect certain information or data about you when you use this website. This
• questions, queries or feedback you leave, including any personal information if you send an email to Forward Carers
