Part-time job opportunity with Walsall Carers Hub - Poster

Walsall Council has appointed Forward Carers to lead the new Walsall Carers Hub service to support unpaid family Carers in Walsall. Forward Carers’, partner, Midland Mencap will deliver the Walsall Carers service and are looking to appoint a Family Project Worker.

This is a part-time job opportunity and based mainly at the Walsall Carers Hub & Walsall Disability Hub, Litchfield Street, WS1.

Who we are looking for
Are you a warm, personable, and highly motivated individual who can empower the people you support?
Do you have passion for what you do, are a strong communicator and have good problem-solving skills?
Are you looking for a new part-time job?
The Project Worker will work alongside an experienced and established team in Walsall.
We place a high value on integrity, ethical standards, and a commitment to excellence.

If you have experience working with unpaid carers and families with children, young people, or adults with illness or disabilities, that’s a bonus. But don’t be put off if not. We value transferable skills from other sectors and provide comprehensive training to all our staff.
