🎫 What’s the Offer? 

Eligible Carers will receive: 

• 3 x FREE 4-week nbus passes via SWIFT technology  

• Followed by, one additional 4-week pass at 50% discount – giving you continued savings once your free travel ends 

Each pass allows unlimited travel on any National Express West Midlands or participating bus operator within the network zone. 

✅ Who Can Apply? 

This opportunity is available for you to apply if you: 

• Are an unpaid Carers aged 16 + 

• Live in the West Midlands 

• Are registered with Birmingham Carers Hub, Carer Friendly Dudley or Walsall Carers Hub  

• Have not received a Transport for West Midlands free bus pass or concession from an earlier Forward Carers offer or another scheme
